I’m Jim Sage, Broker/Owner of Montana Legacy Real Estate Co. (MLREC). I was raised in a small rural farm community in northwestern Ohio. I attended and graduated from near by Bowling Green State University with a degree in Business Administration. My career has been in business and all facets of business operations, company re-organizations, sales management, marketing, real estate (I am a licensed supervising broker) and real estate investment advisor (I am a licensed real estate investment advisor).

I am married and to the same gal for over 38 years, Marty, who is also a real estate broker with our firm. We have no children unless you count our two labs; brother and sister, Zak and Annie. We live outside of Helena, Montana in beautiful Canyon Creek. I love to play golf, bird hunt and work the real estate business, really, and of course my wife and the two dogs. We are very active in the Helena community and worship and support our church, Evangelical Covenant Church.

Brandon Price

I was born and raised in Helena. I have a wonderful and loving wife Julie with 3 incredible kids. Kaden and Trask are my two boys and my youngest is my baby girl Reese.

I taught school for 10 years, 3 of which were in Helena at CR Anderson and Capital High. I own a small business and coach soccer for Capital High as well. I was also a backcountry guide in Montana’s Bob Marshall Wilderness for many years!

I am a fly fishing enthusiast, and lover of the outdoors with an eye for real estate and old John Deere tractors. I am willing to go the extra mile to cast at the next big brown trout, or to find you the perfect home! With 3 young children of my own, I am well adjusted to hard work and if it means putting on a fresh worm and bobber to get the job done, well then, juicy night crawlers here we come!

Welcome to Montana! Unlike many of my fellow Realtors, I am not a native to Montana. I was born and raised in the East and decided to move to PARADISE in 1999. I easily fell in Love with Montana. Every road, adventure, time spent on the lakes, national parks, ..........every moment soon made me realize that Montana was the perfect place to call HOME.
